Chapter 01
The Dots — Where I Began
My first dots were placed in Pondicherry, where I studied English and French and developed a fascination for languages, cultures, and travel. In Southampton, my interest in technology grew through an MA in Media Studies.
After settling in Lyon, I joined MAPI Research Institute & Trust, where I discovered the world of Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) and linguistic validation. I learnt that behind every translated word is a patient who deserves to be understood.
More dots followed: years as a Business English coach and intercultural trainer, product manager and a decade running my own business, connecting crafts, culture and coordinating projects between Europe and Asia.
Chapter 02
The Line — How I Work
The line found its direction through eCOA. My experience in languages and technology came together as I led end-to-end eCOA implementations for global pharmaceutical clients, connecting sponsors, technology providers, language service providers, and technical teams in one coordinated flow.
Like a kolam drawn at dawn, successful eCOA delivery rests on precision and care: every dot placed with intention, every connection maintained, every detail serving the person at the centre of the process — the patient.
And like a kolam, the work is renewed with every study. Each project is a fresh canvas, approached with the same curiosity, structure, and attention to detail.
Chapter 03
The Pattern — What It Adds Up To
My journey brings together people, languages, technology, and processes to help clinical studies move forward with clarity and confidence.
